Meet Paula
Hello and welcome to Paula K PT. I am a Boise native (there are a few of us out there!) with over 13 years of experience as a physical therapist in the Treasure Valley. My approach is centered on truly listening to each individual's story, understanding not just their physical symptoms, but also the interconnectedness of their mind, body, and spirit. I believe that the body has an incredible ability to heal itself when given the right support.
I'm particularly drawn to the gentle yet powerful potential of integrating Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) with physical therapy techniques. This remarkable technology allows me to work with the body's own electrical frequencies to reduce pain, inflammation, and promote tissue repair in a way that feels deeply supportive and restorative.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with patients facing a wide range of conditions, from chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries to neurological and soft tissue disorders. I take a personalized approach to each person’s care, often combining FSM with manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to create a treatment plan that promotes long-term, sustainable results.
I strive to create a warm and supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and truly cared for. If you're seeking a gentle and effective path to healing, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
